Mt. Maunganui trip
What a lovely weekend we had at Mt. Maunganui. As usual, Steve arranged a perfect getaway at the Seagulls GuestHouse. The weather was awesome. The first day we had a huge brunch at Armazem. The chef there was so obliging, they prepared Steve's big breakfast even though it wasn't in the menu. In the afternoon, we went for a walk on the beach and it was just magnificient. The long beach stretched out and the sun was setting. The waves came crushing loudly and the water was so cool. It was just beautiful. On Sunday, we attended mass at St. Thomas Moore. The celebrant priest was very passionate and making the crowd say "Amen" to his sermon. After mass, we went for a walk in the city centre where they had festivities. We had snack at BK and then went off to the Hot Salt Water Pool where Steve and I basked in the hot pool. In the afternoon, we went back to the beach for our last walk and had so much fun just enjoying the beauty around us. We had a fantastic time, thanks Mt....
